Last weekend we carved our pumpkin. Lily and Lincoln did a great job scooping out the guts of the pumpkin and picking out the seeds for roasting. Lydia even got in on the action. Both Lily and Linc loved roasted pumpkin seeds we put cinnamon and sugar on them.
