What a Ham!!!

As you can see in the first picture Lily is on all fours trying to get me as I take her picture. And in the second picture she's her happy self:) I think she looks so grown up in the second picture. Look at the way she is sitting. She's always posing that's for sure:)

Here is some pictures I took of Lily tonight while she was playing on the floor with me. She still is trying so hard to crawl. Tonight Chad and I spotted two more teeth coming in. They are the two top teeth beside her two front teeth. Now Lily has a total of 6 chompers. She has been a little fussy but not bad considering all the teeth she has coming in. I'm still in awe of all the things that she is beginning to do and all the teeth she is starting to get. I can't believe that this week Lily will be 10 months old. It seems like yesterday I was getting ready to give birth to her. This last ten months has really changed our lives. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. Having Lily and watching her grow is PRICELESS:)

I can stand like a big girl:)

Well Friday afternoon Chad told me that Lily stood up on her own. However, I didn't get to see it because I wasn't home from school yet. I waited and waited for her to do it again and finally on Monday afternoon we walked down to Lily's friend Sarah's house and sure enough she stood up on one of Sarah's toys:) Of course I didn't have my camera but our friend Stacey was nice enough to take this picture for us and sent it to me tonight. This evening Lily pulled herself up to me when we were playing on the floor. Yeah for Lily:)

Here is Lily going for a ride in her new Radio Flyer Red wagon!!!!! Her Grandma and Grandpa H. bought it for her for Christmas. It was a hoot watching her go for a ride in this thing. She looks so big in it. Every time I see her doing something new I can't believe how cute she is!!!! I may be a little bias but I think she might be the cutest little girl I have ever saw:) She just puts a huge smile on my face everyday!!!! I love her:) On the other side of the wagon there is another seat for a second passenger, she said that this week she is going to stroll down to her friend Sarah's house and see if she wants to go for a ride:)

Here is Lily and Ava getting ready for their first swimming lesson. Lily wasn't quite sure about it at first but then she got use to it. Ava didn't really like it at all. I think she was tired and the water was a little cold. Yes Mark and I had to get in with them. Boy does that bring back memories:)

Well Lily and Ava had their first slumber party last night:) Mark and Britni's air conditioner is on the fritz so they spent the night with us last night:) Also, my parents were down for the weekend so we had a full house. Here are some pics of the girls this morning hanging out in the bed in our living room. They were even jumping on the bed with my mom and I's help of course. Lily and Ava said your suppose to jump on beds at slumber parties. This is the first of many slumber parties for them, I'm sure:) P.S. Don't mind my mom and I's hair we don't look as good as the girls in the morning:)

Summer is here!!!!

Here's Lily today wearing her cute little outfit. She was playing on the floor today and got up on her knees and crawled two steps. She will have it down in no time:) I can't believe how fast she is growing!!!! Chad and I were talking tonight and we both can't believe that our little girl is about ready to crawl. Look out, Lily is on the loose:)

Lily and I painted our toes the same color today. It wasn't that easy to paint her little pigs though!!! She kept moving all around, I could only get one or two done at a time. It was fun though:) It was our girl time together today:)

Look at all my toys in my toy box. Let's see what do I want to play with???? I opened Lily's toy box tonight and she pulled herself right up to look inside. It was to funny:) She looked so cute just looking inside the toy box to see what she could find.

Wishin' for summer

Don't mind me, just trying on some of my summer clothes and wishin' it was nice enough outside to wear it. I love this color on Lily it matches her pretty blue eyes!!!

Isn't my Lily such a little doll!!!!!!!!! She loves to get her picture taken and I love taking her picture!!!!! I bought this little outfit for her today at the Dollar store. Yes the dollar store, can you believe it. It was too cute to pass up and it was only $5. I love it!!!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!! Today is my new favorite Day!!!!! I'm so blessed to be a Mommy. Being a Mother has been the best thing that I have ever done. I just love being Lily's mom:) Lily and Chad got me a gift certificate to Old Navy so I can buy some new summer outfits. Seeing as I didn't wear any of my old summer outfits last year because my belly was too big from a growing little girl inside. Needless to say mommy's figure isn't what it use to be and I can't fit into all of my summer clothes:) Oh well Lily was well worth it:) Lily and Chad couldn't wait to give me my gift so I got it on Friday. Chad took Lily and he was whispering to her, when he sat her on my lap she had a little card for me to open. On it it said to the best mommy ever!!! Then it said Yeah now we can go shopping. It was so cute this morning Chad went and got Lily out of bed and they came into the bedroom and Chad said What did you Say Lily and then Chad said Lily says Happy Mother's Day. I took Lily and she gave me a big hug. It was enough to melt my heart:) So far today Lily and Chad took me out for breakfast at Bob Evan's. Now Lily is taking a little nap and when she gets up we get to go shopping!!!!! Just spending the day with Lily is gift enough for me!!!!

Rocking Lily

Here is Lily sitting in a little rocker at Grandma and Grandpa VH's house. My mom put her in it and she just started rocking. It was so cute!!! My mom had to stay close by because Lily was rocking so hard. Grandpa said Lily you need a seat belt in that rocker:)
