As many of you may have known we have been finishing our basement this entire summer. With two kids and a ranch house we were running out of room with all the toys so we decided to get our basement done. It has turned out great!!!! We have decorated it in OSU stuff because it was always Chad's dream to finish this basement and have it for his own. He's been quite a trooper in sharing his pad with the kids though and let them have a play room and let them bring all their toys down. We have a living area down there, a play room a bathroom and a bedroom. We have really been enjoying it and it is almost complete, just a few extra things to do. Here are a few pics of the living area and the kids toy room. Chad is making them a chalk board on the wall so it isn't complete yet.

WOW!! It looks so nice and I wish we had a basement for kids toys and Aaron's guy stuff too! You guys are lucky!! I am sure you'll use it more and more...
Very cute! It started out to be the man room and turned into the kiddie zone,hehe :)
Love Lincoln in the princess chair,haha! & the chalk board is cute too! I know Beth and Dave made one for Dylan & it came out great!
